Senior Luncheon

The Senior Luncheon is an annual event held each spring at the Bolton Senior Center. Close to 100 seniors in town call it their 'favorite event of the year' Bolton Women's Club members prepare a fabulous meal with everything from main dishes to homemade pies. Bolton Center School students offer their assistance as waiters/waitresses for the event as well as entertain seniors with the choir from the school.

Words, Women & Wine

(members only)

We meet monthly to discuss a member recommended book, enjoy food and wine that reflect the book’s setting, plot and culture. We learn more about what is going on in our world and about each other. When one of our books has been made into a movie, we either have a movie party or go to the theatre together. On occasion, we haunt local bookstores and attend author’s book signings. BTW, when attending a R. J. Julia book event featuring Jaques Pepin, we enjoyed dinner afterward at the next table.

The BWC aims to raise money for charities, provide fun for the community, enjoyment for members, and have a positive impact on our community.

Time Out Socials

(members only)

Throughout the year, members organize Time Out Socials that are for members only. They are fun activities meant to encourage friendships within the club as well as for personal enrichment and good plain fun! Activites have included dinners out, classes such as pottery and painting, plays, corn mazes and more! Some Time Out Socials include family members as well!

BWC Parties

(members only)
The Bolton Women's Club holds an annual member holiday party at a member's home as well as an end of the year party in which spouses are invited to join the celebration as well. These events are special as they allow members to interact in a relaxed setting. Many good friendships have developed as a result of becoming a BWC member and getting involved.
